Did you know that art can transform the way you feel? In this workshop, you will learn how the neurographic art form can help you transform any inner chaos you feel into peace and harmony so that you can visualize the reality you want for yourself in a meditative and mindful way.

Facilitated by a certified colour therapist, in this session you will also learn about the frequencies and meanings of different colours, so that you can gain new insights into your inner state by the colours you choose to paint with.

Not only will you come away from the session having learned a simple, but incredibly powerful new artform, you will get the tools to apply its practice in everyday life to help you unlock new ideas and overcome any internal barriers that are stopping you from moving your ideas forward.

No prior experience or art knowledge necessary.

What to bring:

• Materials will be provided,

• Feel free to bring your own colour pencils, pens, crayons or pastels if desired.
