Create a cuff made from copper and learn about ‘fold applications on metal’ that will transform a flat copper sheet into a stunning 3-dimensional art piece to wear.
You will learn about some basic foldforming techniques that can be easily applied with different hammers and metalsmithing tools.
Two types of folds will be covered in this course that will give you plenty of design options to choose from. Skills will include measuring, cutting, filing, texturing,shaping and polishing.
