Craft fairs and winter markets are almost upon us. This year I planned to do something special for presenting my work. Since the theme at Soigne is love of antiques and vintage treasures I decided to use that idea for my presentation. I found a gorgeous antique mini portrait album. It is made from leather and embossed with intricate patterns. Each pages has a decorative frame for the picture and golden rims. It closes with brass clasps which have a thick layer of tourquoise patina due to oxidization over the years. I printed some of my jewelry pieces in this smaller format and placed them in the album. A glossy finish is a nice contrast to the aged looking pages. Please take a look.
