Zentangle is a method of drawing that follows 8 basic steps. It uses structured patterns (tangles) to create beautiful images. Zentangle art is non-representational and tangles are easy to learn because they are taught step by step. As you begin to create something unexpected and beautiful using the method of Zentangle, you will discover new skills and abilities, wake up your imagination, access a state of relaxed focus, and enjoy a sense of calm and gratitude. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In this 2-hour class, you will learn the basics of Zentangle including the history, philosophy, and terminology from a
\nCertified Zentangle Teacher. No drawing experience is needed. You will learn 5-8 foundational \u201ctangles\u201d creating two
\nunique tiles. Everything you need will be provided for you in your own Zentangle Mini Kit (additional fee). Once the
\nclass is complete, you can take your Mini Kit home and continue your Zentangle journey.\u00a0Please note, Zentangle 101:
\nThe Basics is a pre-requisite for all other Zentangle classes.<\/p>\n

The focus of this class will be strings and mono tangles. Students will use, regular tiles, bijou tiles, and 3z tiles.\u00a0 Please bring your Zentangle mini-kit from Zentangle 101: Basics Class, and all other materials will be provided. <\/span>Zentangle 101: The Basics is a pre-requisite for this class.<\/span><\/p>\n

This class will expand your tangle pattern library. Everything you need will be provided for you in your own Zentangle \u201cBlack\u201d Mini Kit (additional fee). Once the class is complete, you can take your Mini Kit home and continue your Zentangle journey.<\/span> Zentangle 101: The Basics is a pre-requisite for this class.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

You will\u00a0build on your skills and experience from the Zentangle 101: Basics Class. The focus of this class will explore using the\u00a0tangle Dreamcatcher as a reticulum (a grid we draw within). You will learn various tangles and\u00a0fragments\u00a0(the small patterns we\u00a0fill the\u00a0grids with) to create one beautiful and\u00a0unique tile.\u00a0Please bring your Zentangle mini-kit from Zentangle 101: Basics Class, and all other materials will be provided.<\/p>\n
